Idle Trial Run of Our Rebar Thread Rolling Machine

Preparation before operation  

1.Connect the machine with the power supply: 3-phase, 380v, 50Hz. Make sure the machine is connected with the ground wire before power-on. 

2. Fill in full water-solubility coolant (oily coolant liquid is strictly forbidden) in the water tank. 

3. Make sure all the movable parts are in good condition, and the lubricant of the reducer is enough.

Idle Trial Run  

1. Clockwise turn the feed lever to set the machine on the initial position, and then turn on the power supply. 

2. Operate the machine. Turn the blue switch to “clockwise turning”, and turn the black switch to “right thread”, then anticlockwise rotate the feed lever, the rolling head rotating and the coolant flow out. Check if all the other parts are in good condition. 

Note: rolling right thread, the rolling head should be anticlockwise turning (face to the rib-peeling tools), if it is clockwise, then should change the connection of two of the three wires. 

3. As per operation procedure, test to run the machine, then put the reducer on the initial position, the reducer stop rotating.
